At TheCitrineCollective, we take great care in the craftsmanship and quality of our pieces. If your order does not meet our standards, we are here to help.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at thecitrinecollective@outlook.com, including your order number and clear images of the issue.
In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement for faulty goods. Where a return is required, we will advise you on the next steps.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us
For faulty or damaged items, return shipping costs will be covered or reimbursed where applicable.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days, in line with UK regulations.
